Manager, GTM Operations and Analytics - Remote

Overview

LivePerson is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, GTM Operations and Analytics to play a pivotal role in enabling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Vice President of GTM Strategy, Strategic Operations, and Sales Acceleration, this individual will own revenue insights and forecasting, drive pipeline and forecast accuracy, and deliver actionable metrics that empower sales leaders and stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in business intelligence, advanced analytics expertise, and proficiency in Power BI.

In Short

• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models.
• Manage the sales forecasting process.
• Conduct detailed pipeline health analyses.
• Manage pipeline metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Establish dashboards to track GTM KPIs.
• Provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales leaders for forecast accuracy.
• Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Support key strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in business intelligence or analytics.
• Prior experience in a GTM or revenue operations team.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
• Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
• Proven track record in customer engagement models.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience managing teams in sales support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
