Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of the client journey: from the initial “cold” outreach to the signed contract.

Requirements

• Proficient in sourcing and building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Understanding of sales psychology and problem-solving.
• Strong listening skills to uncover client needs.
• Disciplined with CRM tools.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
