• Lead and manage a team of remote Sales Representatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years managing a team
• Experience leading remote sales teams
• Understanding of inbound and outbound sales
• Data-driven and comfortable with KPIs
• Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC (preferred)
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
• Ability to thrive in startup environments
