Overview

The Talent Solutions Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business and responding to inbound inquiries while maintaining strong client relationships.

In Short

  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and relationships.
  • Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management.
  • Close new business at or above quota level.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory.
  • Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice.
  • Document and share best practices within the team.
  • Listen to market needs and share insights with product teams.
  • Proactively solve problems and take on new responsibilities.
  • Seek leadership opportunities to help achieve company objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Dutch (preferred).
  • Experience with recruiting and HR software.
  • Experience with SaaS and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously.
