In Short

  • Engage and strategize with mid to senior-level executives at client companies or agencies.
  • Provide smart client research and industry-specific information to grow early stage LinkedIn customers.
  • Conceive and pitch sales proposals and renewals to advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Command, report and forecast sales activity.
  • Drive a strategic plan for your book of business to grow revenue.
  • Generate revenue and hit target quota.
  • Be diligent with sales process and operational excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate on campaign activation.
  • Be proactive about solving problems and take on additional initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of applicable sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience with HR software and SaaS opportunities.
  • Experience selling IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs.
  • Ability to include multiple partners in competitive selling.
