Overview

Are you passionate about bridging language barriers and enhancing global communication? We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Interpretation Sales Representative to drive the growth of our language services, including on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpretation.

In Short

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across industries needing interpretation services.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess potential clients’ interpretation needs.
  • Customize and present service proposals and pricing agreements.
  • Negotiate MSAs, SOWs and B2B contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
  • Implement strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Track and report activities using internal CRM.
  • Maintain a curated pool of culturally competent interpreting providers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in interpreting services, ideally in a Language Service Provider (LSP) setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of telephonic, on-site, and remote interpreting services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with interpreting technologies; knowledge of Plunet and Hubspot preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and driving projects forward.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English required; other languages a plus).
