Overview

The Technology and Training Specialist (TTS) ensures every customer trialing a Lingraphica device has the best possible experience, including initial device setup and training sessions.

In Short

• Conduct device setup and training sessions via Zoom.
• Lead weekly training sessions for customers and care partners.
• Customize devices to meet client needs.
• Evaluate skills for clinical readiness.
• Provide education and support for device adoption.
• Communicate proactively with care partners.
• Offer basic technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Track customer engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to tailor training to various needs.
• Comfort with analyzing metrics.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Clear presentation skills.
• Experience with clients with communication challenges preferred.
