Overview

The Care Partner Success Specialist plays a critical role in Lingraphica’s Clinical Sales process by building trusted relationships with care partners who support individuals using AAC devices.

• Serves as the care partner’s advocate and primary point of contact throughout the sale process.
• Builds strong, trusting relationships through timely communication.
• Schedules and delivers customized training and device support sessions.
• Identifies potential risks to the deal and applies proven sales strategies.
• Keeps care partners informed and engaged throughout the sales process.
• Assists care partners with navigating paperwork and trial steps.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all care partner interactions.
• Tracks and reports on training volume and care partner outcomes.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver a seamless care partner experience.
• Participates in audits and feedback loops to improve team performance.
