We’re looking for a proactive Talent Partner to help us build our Clinical Operations team and achieve our mission to transform healthcare. This will be the first Talent role in the US with a fully remote team.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in talent roles.
• Experience in hiring for clinical roles.
• Comfortable working as a solo Talent Partner.
• Experience conducting initial interviews.
• Excellent sourcing skills.
• Solutions-focused approach.
