Overview

We are seeking a freelance Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to ensure effective monitoring of clinical trials, focusing on remote monitoring and supporting a major trial across multiple US sites.

In Short

• Ensure effective, risk-proportionate monitoring of clinical trials.
• Support a major trial across 15+ US sites involving over 7,000 patients.
• Prepare, conduct, and report on monitoring visits.
• Work autonomously within a lean team structure.
• Interface directly with Trial Managers.
• Focus on remote monitoring with some onsite visits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of independent site monitoring experience.
• Experience with remote monitoring and DCT.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/GDP and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Experience in developing monitoring plans.
• A bias to action and creativity in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment is advantageous.
