Overview

The Participant Recruitment Coordinator will support the growth of the Clinical Operations team by managing participant interactions for clinical trials, ensuring a positive trial experience and excellent data accuracy.

In Short

• Conduct participant-facing tasks and ensure a positive trial experience.
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes.
• Maintain and update participant trackers.
• Assist Principal Investigator with trial implementation.
• Respond to CRO data queries.
• Escalate operational issues as necessary.
• Report adverse events and serious adverse events.
• Collaborate with trial teams for seamless participant experiences.
• Contribute feedback for process improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations.

Requirements

• Experience using tech tools such as Calendly and Docusign.
• Experience in patient onboarding and follow-up.
• Ability to maintain tracking systems.
• High agency and adaptability to work priorities.
• Passion for improving healthcare and clinical trials.
• Desire to learn in a high-growth startup environment.
