Participant Recruitment Coordinator - FTC - Remote

Overview

The Participant Recruitment Coordinator will support the growth of our Clinical Operations team by managing participant interactions for clinical trials, ensuring a positive experience and data accuracy.

In Short

• Conduct participant-facing tasks for clinical trials
• Ensure smooth data collection and in-person processes
• Maintain participant trackers and Investigator Site File (ISF)
• Assist Principal Investigator with trial implementation
• Respond to CRO data queries
• Escalate safety or data integrity issues
• Report adverse events and serious adverse events
• Collaborate with trial teams for participant experiences
• Share participant feedback for process improvements
• Keep team members updated on trial status

Requirements

• Experience with tech tools like Calendly and Docusign
• Experience in patient onboarding and follow-ups
• Ability to maintain tracking systems
• High agency and flexibility in work priorities
• Passionate about healthcare and clinical trials
• Interest in a high-growth startup environment
