Overview

The SBG Marketing Channels team is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience building marketing journeys in marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple deadlines.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaign execution.
• Develop and configure marketing automation workflows.
• Create and assemble content for campaigns.
• Conduct quality assurance on marketing materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Execute campaigns across email, social media ads, and onsite channels.
• Debug and troubleshoot marketing systems to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Develop basic landing pages and perform QA before launch.

Requirements

• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Ads, SEM, display, email, etc.).
• Proficiency with commercial marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• High level of detail orientation and QA experience with marketing automation campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning.
• Clear understanding of email marketing best practices and strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and navigate large digital marketing systems.
• Proficiency in building and manipulating content with CMS tools (e.g., Knak, Hubspot, Dreamweaver).
• Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, with experience using tools like Monday, Trello, or Jira.
