Growth Marketing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Growth Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the international online marketing team, responsible for creating and analyzing reports to enhance marketing efficiency.

• Create and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.
• Conduct data analyses to gain insights, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing performance.
• Develop and refine strategies for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance lead generation.
• Work on attribution modeling to better understand the impact of various marketing activities.
• Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the BI/Controlling team to ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate daily with various stakeholders, including marketing colleagues, sales managers, and management, to translate business requirements into data insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant practical marketing experience in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and experience in analyzing marketing data.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools) for reporting and visualization; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and attribution models.
• Enjoy working with various cross-departmental stakeholders and management, with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of German (at least B1 level).
