X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018, known for its popular app Happy Color. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join our talented team.

In Short

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets for user acquisition evaluation.
• Collaborate with the UA team to adjust strategies based on insights.
• Build and maintain LTV forecasting models.
• Identify new user behavior signals for UA.
• Communicate data analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for accurate processing.
• Stay updated with Marketing Analytics technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in data Marketing analytics required.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL needed.
• Experience with advertising monetization is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in ML (predicting LTV, time series, etc.) preferred.
• Native Russian language skills required.
