Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI tools for graphics and video.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Russian - С1/higher, English - B1 proficiency.
• Nice to have: 3D motion design experience.
• Familiarity with Figma or UI/UX animation workflows.
