Senior Technical Program Manager – Cross-Functional Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the successful definition, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. This role requires strategic oversight across multiple interdependent projects and close collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Lead end-to-end program delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints
• Navigate moderate-risk environments with sound contingency planning and proactive issue resolution
• Drive strategic planning at the program level, including executive engagement and cross-functional coordination
• Manage internal teams and external contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet business requirements
• Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle: scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimation, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and ensure transparency across organizational levels

• Strong risk assessment and management skills applied to technology products and business functions
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology and business application solutions across multi-platform environments
