Overview

The Senior Talent Business Coordinator position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. Lincoln is seeking a Senior Talent Business Coordinator to join the organization to serve as a liaison between the firm’s Talent team and designated business units.

In Short

  • Support staffing and staff planning, including monitoring staff levels, tracking promotions and departures.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new joiners within designated business unit(s).
  • Support and inform the performance development and employee lifecycle needs of employees.
  • Assist in the execution of performance management processes.
  • Manage employee engagement efforts and related business unit improvement initiatives.
  • Support Talent Business Partner in additional related cross-functional initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Talent Business Partner.
  • Support the Talent organization in special projects or growth initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, business or another relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with data and Excel, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Analytically driven and fluent with data-driven analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
