Senior Manager, Government Relations, Southwest - Remote

In Short

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government leaders, businesses, non-profits, community organizations, the media and other prospective partners.
• Participate in media interviews and speak at government and community forums.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement strategic paths for maintaining and growing the fleet of Lime vehicles.
• Collaborate with regional operations and policy leadership teams to develop a long-term government relations strategy.
• Work with comms and marketing teams on educational and safety initiatives.
• Analyze local regulatory matters and anticipate potential issues impacting operations.
• Create models and best practices for stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.
• Manage teams of consultants in multiple markets.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and ability to speak in public and to the media; Spanish is ideal.
• At least six years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or community development.
• A minimum of three years working directly with municipal or state government in the Southwest region.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects in a demanding environment.
• Analytical and strategic mindset to drive high-impact initiatives.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Previous experience in transportation and mobility is beneficial.
