Government Relations Manager - Remote

Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a mission-driven Government Relations Manager. This role is remote.

In Short

• Assist the Director of Government Relations with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and track regulations in the cryptocurrency ATM space.
• Engage with legislative and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage lobbyists and monitor pending legislation.
• Conduct research on legislation and regulatory actions.
• Advocate for responsible regulation of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance.
• Support company objectives through effective outreach.
• Travel outside of home market up to 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or public policy.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting financial services.
• Understanding of Federal and State legislative processes.
• Ability to analyze legislation and legal documents.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
