• Develop and execute change management plans for key People programs.
• Own the positioning and delivery of People-related communications.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.
• Design and facilitate training and resources for employee engagement.
• Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
