In Short

• Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy.
• Drive execution of change management plans effectively.
• Work with project teams to integrate change management activities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Facilitate communication within PEAK’s Learning Experience Platform.
• Create and maintain a communication & change management calendar.
• Exceptional communication skills are critical in this role.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to leaders and teams.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Change Management trained and certified.
• PMP strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in change management.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate complex problems into easy communications.
• Superb facilitation skills.
