The Luminos Fund seeks an experienced Senior Communications Manager to manage digital and print communications, graphic design, visual storytelling, and day-to-day execution of our communications strategy.
The Luminos Fund is a dynamic international nonprofit organization dedicated to providing transformative education opportunities to the world's most vulnerable children. By partnering with community-based organizations, Luminos aims to scale its accelerated learning programs, ensuring that all children, particularly those affected by crisis, poverty, or discrimination, have access to joyful and foundational learning. Since its inception, Luminos has successfully helped over 277,787 children secure a second chance at education. With operations in Ethiopia, Ghana, Lebanon, Liberia, and The Gambia, the organization is supported by prominent funding partners such as Cartier Philanthropy, the Gates Foundation, and UNICEF. Luminos has received numerous global accolades for its impactful work, including the Klaus J. Jacobs Best Practice Prize and the Library of Congress International Literacy Award, reflecting its commitment to excellence in education.
