• Define the long-term technical roadmap and strategic vision, alongside key stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multiple teams of talented engineers to deliver on key business objectives.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an individual contributor; 8+ years leading teams as an engineering manager.
• Experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams in a remote environment.
• Relevant technical experience in mobile applications, backend logic, or machine learning.
• Owner’s mindset with strong execution.
• Experienced in high performing teams that deliver business value.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
