Overview

The Senior Director of Engineering, Audit Products plays a critical role in AuditBoard’s flagship Audit portfolio of products in the SOX compliance & financial reporting (SOXHUB), and operations (OpsAudit) spaces.

In Short

• Build and scale the Product Engineering function through personnel recruiting and leadership.
• Lead and influence technical decisions for scalable software and systems.
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for SOXHUB & OpsAudit solutions.
• Grow, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers.
• Develop partnerships with Product, Design, QE, Customer Support, & GTM.
• Promote collaboration among engineers and across teams.
• Research new technologies to improve applications and infrastructure.
• Define and support achievement against quarterly goals for the engineering team.
• Support the business and customers to deliver world-class results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (CS or EE) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of management/leadership experience in an engineering organization.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience leading distributed and global teams on software projects.
• Proven experience in SaaS and B2B enterprise applications.
• Strong EQ, communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Experience with different technology platforms and programming languages.
• Knowledge of modern software hosting and deployment practices.
