Overview

We are seeking a results and data-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Small and MidMarket Account Executives at Limble, where we empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence.

In Short

  • Actively coach, train, and develop team of Account Executives.
  • Run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report.
  • Consistently coach and train Account Executives to exceed quotas.
  • Focus on driving a "solution selling" and "value selling" culture.
  • Help sales reps improve closing %, quota attainment, and presentation skills.
  • Document effective training and sales process plays.
  • Monitor team KPIs and suggest improvements.
  • Instill tenacity and resilience in your team.
  • Analyze team performance data for scalable improvements.
  • Design and deliver training programs for Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position.
  • Experience driving outbound pipeline generation.
  • Knowledge of selling strategies and employee motivation techniques.
  • Track record of overachievement against quotas.
  • Strong empathy for peers and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to changing processes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and research skills.
