Team Lead for Field Implementation Team - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Team Lead for our Field Implementation Team. In this position, you will take on a central responsibility for leading and managing a team of Field Implementation Consultants responsible for the on-site implementation of our products and services.

• Lead and support a team of Field Implementation Consultants and technicians.
• Promote a positive and cooperative team culture.
• Oversee the planning and execution of on-site implementations.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize processes.
• Monitor and analyze team performance based on KPIs.
• Ensure all implementation solutions meet quality standards.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Team Lead or Manager in Field Implementation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical competence in Field Implementation, ideally in technology or retail sectors.
• Very good time management and organizational skills.
