Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team responsible for designing web and mobile B2B experiences which help streamline complex processes. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about helping restaurants be successful in running their businesses.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Designer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, interconnected problems. You’re able to set UX goals, direction and strategy that empower your team with clarity and purpose. You build trust-based relationships across disciplines and leverage diverse perspectives to deeply understand and improve how your team ships impactful work.

• Lead high-level project work from a design perspective with autonomy and authority.
• Leverage your UX expertise and understanding of design systems, UI design, and micro-interactions.
• Turn nebulous concepts into specific ideas for digital product experiences.
• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are user-friendly.
• Ensure consistency across platforms using the current design system.
• Draw insights from research and data to create tangible solutions.
• Build relationships and advocate for the user in cross-functional teams.
• Be a positive role model and culture carrier within the design team.

Requirements

• A design-thinking education in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills.
• Experience with service design practices.
• Ability to work across digital and physical design manifestations.
• Excellent communication and visualization skills.
• Fluency in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• A passion for sharing design strategies with others.
• Deep empathy for customers and team goals.
• Fluency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and JIRA.
• Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
