Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at ReflexAI, you'll have a pivotal role in defining the user experience across our products and services. You will develop designs for ReflexAI’s tools by incorporating external research, customer input, and the most up-to-date design paradigms.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end user experience journey, driving research, concept development, design, launch, and continuous iteration
• Conduct research, analyze market trends, and stay informed about the competitive landscape to make data-driven design decisions
• Develop key UX assets (personas, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing plans) that guide feature development and refinement
• Contribute to maintaining a growing design library, to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success to ensure design choices align with both business and user needs
• Champion user-centricity across the organization, establishing UX best practices with leadership
• Prioritize strategically, carefully considering the costs and benefits of design decisions to maximize impact
• Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to shape design requirements, features, and experiences
• Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in designing B2B products
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Data-oriented and biased towards action, using insights to drive design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions
• Open to new perspectives and committed to lifelong learning
• Deep sense of empathy, enabling understanding and prioritization of user needs
