In Short

• Understand the domain, users, and technology of the product area(s) you work on deeply.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to solve user experience issues.
• Own and mature the design processes from concepts to visuals.
• Participate in design critique sessions and mentor designers.
• Contribute to Atlan’s design system and asset library.
• Participate in recruiting and establishing the brand of Atlan’s design team.
• Help improve and evangelise the design culture within Atlan.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing consumer-grade enterprise products.
• Understanding of the data ecosystem is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing product design and strategy skills.
• Obsess over craft and creating intuitive products.
• Experience in fast-paced design teams.
• Effective communication and ability to work autonomously.
• End-to-end ownership of projects.
