Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in leading AI-driven design efforts, shaping AI-powered product experiences, and driving innovation within our team. This position combines expertise in UX/UI design with emerging AI technologies to enhance user experiences and streamline design workflows.

• AI-Driven Design Leadership – Integrate AI technologies into product design to enhance creativity, efficiency, and user experience.
• Product Development – Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and data scientists) to design AI-powered features.
• Research & Experimentation – Stay at the forefront of AI and UX trends, exploring new tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Runway, Figma AI).
• Conversational AI & UX Strategy – Oversee conversational AI design, ensuring seamless collaboration between UX and other disciplines.
• Prototyping & User Testing – Develop and iterate on AI-driven prototypes using data insights and user feedback.
• Team Enablement & Training – Educate and mentor designers on AI workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
• Tool & Technology Evaluation – Assess AI tools and recommend build, buy, or borrow strategies.
• Global Collaboration – Work with international teams (San Francisco, Ukraine, India) to align priorities and ensure consistent design quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions.
• Passion for AI and its application in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, UserTesting, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven tools and human-AI interaction principles.
• Experience designing for mobile (web and native) platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Background in conversation design are highly desirable.
