Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Clair, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will take ownership of complex design challenges and lead initiatives that elevate our design standards.

In Short

• Conduct and synthesize user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and workflows for design concepts.
• Develop high-quality visuals and interfaces that enhance usability.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Lead initiatives to enhance Clair’s branding materials.
• Maintain and evolve Clair’s design systems for consistency.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Mastery of Figma, including component-based designs.
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Exceptional ability to tackle complex design challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
