The Clair Care Team Lead will oversee a team of support agents, ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while developing internal documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or operations team leadership.
  • Experience in SaaS or FinTech environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in customer support tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to motivate and engage a remote team.
  • Experience maintaining support documentation.
  • Familiarity with financial products is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
