In Short

• Plan and execute company-hosted events across the US
• Lead presence at key conferences from planning to ROI tracking
• Ensure high-quality attendance rates by targeting the right audience
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: vendors, venues, budgets, timelines
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing for aligned messaging
• Accountable for qualified lead generation and pipeline impact
• Track performance, optimize results, and improve outcomes
• Travel across the US (~30–40%) to lead field activities

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in field marketing, ideally in B2B tech
• Proven track record of running end-to-end events generating leads
• Experience targeting enterprise technical audiences
• Ability to maintain strong attendance at events through outreach
• Strong execution skills: organized, detail-oriented, fast-moving
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a remote environment
• Ability to travel based on event schedule

Benefits

• Base salary range of $150,000 - $178,000
