Overview

The Account Executive II plays a critical role in driving strategic growth by leading the planning, development, and execution of sales initiatives with both prospective clients and existing customers.

In Short

  • Develop and execute outcome-based strategic sales practices.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain a pipeline at 3x quota and drive opportunities to close.
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their challenges.
  • Demonstrate high energy, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple activities.
  • Proficient in sales territory management and account planning.
  • Experience with cold outreach and solution selling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven success with cold calling and consultative closing.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and growing accounts.
  • Demonstrated use of Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Education as applicable.
