Account Embedded Sales Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Account Embedded Sales Specialist is responsible for providing support to the assigned customer for the entire Cytiva workflow and ensuring compliant handling. This role is remote and involves working closely with customers to enhance their experience with Cytiva's bioprocess products.

In Short

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the customer site.
• Provide first-line application support across business units.
• Liaise with sales specialists for additional support.
• Investigate product complaints and provide resolutions.
• Generate leads at the customer site.
• Support presales and postsales activities for bioprocess products.
• Coordinate consumable stock at the customer warehouse.
• Collaborate with a team focused on life sciences and biotechnology.
• Contribute to solutions that impact human health.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering or related biology field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the biomanufacturing domain.
• Strong communication and perseverance skills.
• Experience in manufacturing scale-up studies is a plus.
• Knowledge of bioprocess modeling is advantageous.
