This role is responsible for developing and overseeing marketing planning cycles, managing budget allocation, and ensuring performance tracking for optimized marketing efficiency. This role provides reporting and analytic to support data-driven decision-making, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Master or equivalent education in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with marketing performance frameworks and ROI analysis.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Experience working with CRM and budget management tools.
• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
