Overview

The focus of the Career Consultant position is to provide individualized support and strategies for candidates in transition to help them identify career options and achieve a successful outcome.

• Assist candidates across broad spectrum of career transition needs including managing change and assessing skills.
• Support candidates in building confidence and defining career goals.
• Engage and motivate candidates in utilizing resources and technology tools.
• Share expertise in current job-related technology including LinkedIn and AI.

• Provide coaching expertise for interviews and salary negotiations.
• Manage time and priorities related to program deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields.
• Experience across diverse industries such as IT, healthcare, and marketing.
• Strong job market expertise to assist individuals in identifying potential fits.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and ATS systems.
• Agility in utilizing technology tools including Zoom and Microsoft Office.
• Strong service orientation and passion for helping individuals.
• Able to prioritize and balance multi-faceted roles.
• College degree preferred.
