Associate Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Associate Consultant, Australia is an individual with experience in a nonprofit or educational setting who will provide project management, analysis and writing, production of client presentations, marketing, communications and administrative support to our Australian-based consultants.

In Short

• Work closely with the Senior Consultant & Managing Director on business development and special projects.
• Coordinate monthly team meetings and participate in firm meetings from the US.
• Produce monthly internal activity reports and data input for clients.
• Manage proposals and presentations for new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with key departments like Marketing & Communications and Finance.
• Represent the firm at conferences and client visits.
• Support the Australian team in various capacities.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate client interviews.
• Compile notes/data and prepare draft reports.
• Organise and analyse data for assessments and feasibility studies.

Requirements

• Exceptional organisation and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Technical literacy in MS Office and project management software.
• Proficiency in gathering and analysing data.
• Knowledge and passion for philanthropy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in development or fundraising roles.
