Overview

The Senior Marketing Program Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Distribution plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our global marketing initiatives through strategic customer partnerships and distributor collaboration.

In Short

  • Manage multiple workstreams and interact with executive level Marketing teams.
  • Co-brand with partners while maintaining LGC’s identity.
  • Act as a marketing liaison for strategic partners and distribution channels.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Represent LGC in customer-facing interactions, including international travel.
  • Drive content creation for campaigns related to product launches.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product Management teams.
  • Measure and report on marketing initiatives effectiveness.
  • Maintain understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support broader Marketing Program Management team with best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a marketing role with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience in the global Life Sciences / Diagnostics sector is desirable.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Pardot.
  • Proficiency with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem solver.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
