Overview

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead long-term integration efforts for large M&A deals and build a playbook to scale processes for smaller integrations, contributing to the mission of increasing economic freedom in the world.

In Short

• Lead long-term integration & operationalization efforts for large-scale M&A deals
• Align business leaders & key stakeholders on overall scope, timelines & goals
• Build detailed project plans, gantt charts, stakeholder maps, playbooks and other program artifacts
• Draft & execute ‘Clear Communication’ plans and publish high-quality documentation
• Proactively identify risks, issues & dependencies, resolving these with senior stakeholders
• Set a framework to drive accountability across the program
• Champion sustainable solutions for newly integrated teams
• Manage other high-priority programs or projects as needed

Requirements

• 6+ years in program management at a leading tech company
• 3+ years supporting large-scale M&A integrations
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can turn conflicting inputs into clear plans
• Experience in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders
