Overview

As a Principal Engineer at Fuze Health/FuzeRx, you will be a top-tier technical leader responsible for driving the technical vision and architectural strategy across our engineering organization, ensuring high scalability and performance of our healthcare solutions.

• Define and evolve the target architecture for FuzeRx’s platforms.
• Lead the design of high-volume API integrations and complex pharmacy fulfillment logistics.
• Mentor and elevate the engineering culture within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems design.
• Experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS systems.
• Mastery of AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex distributed systems.
