Overview

The Client Operations Technical Coordinator at LetsGetChecked will work closely with the Client Operations Engineer to manage client programs across multiple systems, ensuring accurate data transfer and configuration.

• Assist with client file ingestion and data transfer.
• Perform audits and quality checks on client configurations.
• Collaborate with the Client Operations Engineer on program setups.
• Provide support for client configuration activities.
• Maintain up-to-date records related to client configurations.
• Monitor and track client configuration requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in client operations preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in software applications used at LetsGetChecked.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in client operations or configuration management preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
