Compliance Manager - Dutch Market - Remote

Overview

As a Compliance Manager you will join a team of compliance specialists based throughout Europe, and you will share our passion for compliance and teamwork.

In Short

• Work closely with the Head of Compliance and wider Compliance Team to uphold standards and embed a culture of compliance across the business.
• Hold overall responsibility for compliance of your markets.
• Stay updated on evolving legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise the business on regulatory compliance for existing and future licensing.
• Manage the workload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Interpret evolving legislation and translate them into internal policies.
• Support in maintaining a positive relationship with regulator/s.
• Assist in other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience of a compliance role.
• Native or fluent speaker of the Dutch language.
• Solutions focused, with a holistic approach to risk assessments.
• A 'spider in the web' mentality.
• Enjoy and be comfortable with accountability.
• A self-driven mentality.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
• The ability to challenge appropriately with proven negotiation skills.
• Passionate but pragmatic approach to tasks.
