Overview

The Marketing Compliance Manager will help deliver consumer-friendly marketing assets that meet compliance requirements, ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience while evidencing compliance with applicable requirements.

• Review marketing assets and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
• Approve marketing and advertising materials for the marketing team.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to evidence compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing compliance in banking or fintech.
• Expertise in consumer financial protections requirements.
• Ability to provide actionable recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience guiding senior management and teams for compliant outcomes.
• Affinity for fast-paced environments and action-oriented.
• Knowledge of FINRA and SEC advertising rules is a plus.
