Overview

This position offers an opportunity for a working student to support organizational changes and development within a global provider of products and solutions for energy and data management in the automotive industry.

In Short

• Support in the development and implementation of organizational changes
• Analyze organizational structures and prepare optimization potentials
• Assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Support in defining and implementing concepts, methods, and tools for organizational structure
• Contribute to global organizational projects

Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Education, or similar
• Team player, independent, and motivated
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
• Structured and well-organized working style
