In Short

• Support in organizing and conducting internal events and external trade shows.
• Research and draft content for intranet news (text, image, video).
• Assist in branding and corporate design activities.
• Draft content for presentations and design print materials.
• Support in creating content for the website and social media.
• Handle reference requests in collaboration with other departments.
• Assist in the intranet system transition.

Requirements

• Studying media and communication sciences, marketing, business administration, or a comparable field.
• First practical experience in communication, PR, or social media required.
• Experience with content management systems (Typo3, etc.) or Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
• Creativity and a sense for language, trends, and design.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
