Working Student in Human Development and Retention (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a team member for the Human & Culture Development department for 24 months with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

In Short

Requirements

• Currently enrolled for at least 12 months in a degree program in Business Psychology, Labor and Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or a comparable program with a focus on personnel development
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written (at least C1 level)
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• First experience in project management and working in projects
• Independent and structured working style
