In Short

• Conduct qualification conversations to understand the needs of potential participants.
• Initial contact with potential participants via phone or email to assess their interest and suitability.
• Schedule consultation appointments with educational advisors and prepare necessary materials.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and provide information on potential participants.
• Maintain and update customer data in our CRM (Hubspot).
• Assist in optimizing the lead screening process.
• Handle warm leads and build initial customer relationships.

Requirements

• Enjoy making phone calls and convincing prospects of our training benefits.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ideally have initial experience in customer support, telemarketing, or sales.
• Ability to find new ways to achieve better results.
• Structured working style and organizational talent.
• Familiarity with common CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
