• Initial contact with potential clients: Conduct qualification calls and respond to inquiries
• Communication & Customer Support: You are the first point of contact for prospects and clients, conducting structured conversations and ensuring professional interaction
• Support in the sales process: Prepare and follow up on client meetings and maintain our CRM system
• Independent handling of inquiries: Written and telephone communication with potential and existing clients
• Close collaboration with the team: Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies

Qualifications

• You are communicative, articulate, and present yourself seriously and professionally
• You enjoy interacting with people and can argue convincingly
• Structured and reliable working style, even with multiple inquiries at the same time
• First experiences in sales, customer service, or communication are an advantage but not mandatory
• You are flexible and work independently
